Christmas Cards – Women’s Prisons

Over many years, MU Melbourne has given five Christmas cards to women at the Christmas cards to the Dame Phyllis Frost Centre and Tarrengower Women’s Prison. One of the recipients, unable to buy Christmas cards for family, sent a card as a thank you to MU. Below is what she wrote when receiving her 5 cards from MU - which she valued enabling her to send a card to her loved ones.

"Thank you so much for the joy from the women who received cards. I have heard many say how much they appreciate MU taking the time to actually think about them each year, & how much it means especially to the long termers."

“Thank you for your festive spirit and sending the cards. It was nice to find them in the cell box. God bless and Merry Christmas to you all”
